PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING MEETING ON MONDAY 6th FEBRUARY 2017 AT
8 PM IN THE VILLAGE HALL

1. Apologies for Absence were received and accepted from Ms Carolyn Alexander.

Two Storey front and rear extension to provide additional accommodation. Revised design following withdrawal of previous application ref S/0720/16/FL

Following discussion it was RESOLVED to submit No Recommendation and an additional comment that the Parish Council is concerned at the overshadowing nature of the garage height extension and its hard proximity to the boundary and neighbouring property.

The Chair closed the meeting at 8:20 pm.
