Planning Minutes – Monday 22nd January 2018

PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING MEETING on Monday 22^nd January 2018 in the Pavilion at 8 pm

Present: Mrs Handley, Mrs Mallows, Mrs Glasse, Mr Watterson, Mr Dinsdale and, in the Chair, Mr Prince.

1. Apologies for Absence were received from Mr Dalton, Dr Sinnett-Smith and Ms O’Callaghan.

2. Declarations of Interest: Mr Prince declared an interest in Item 3 as the plans had been submitted by the neighbouring property.

3. S/0055/18/LB S/0054/18/FL

To convert and extend an existing Grade II listed Dovecote into ancillary accommodation

Following discussion and having read the letter of support from Heritage England, Mrs Mallows proposed we SUPPORTED the plans, this was seconded by Mrs Glasse.  Following an unanimous vote it was RESOLVED to SUPPORT the application.

Form new bathroom in new location, remove existing sanitaryware to form bedroom and install inclusive ground floor wc.

After looking at the plans, Mr Dinsdale proposed a vote of no recommnedation.  This was seconded by Mr Watterson and it was RESOLVED unanimously to vote NO RECOMMENDATION.

The Chair closed the meeting at 8: 17 pm.
