PLANNING MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 17th NOVEMBER 2014 IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT 8 PM

The applicant, Mr Gemaschewski, attended the meeting as a member of the public and was invited to speak about the application. He explained that there was no change to the existing footprint. The existing conservatory will be replacedwith a single storey flat roofed extension. The external appearance of the building is tired after 50 years and the brickwork does not match. The neighbours at Nos 25, 27 and 31 are all content and there is strong approval for the plans, although they have asked that a work time clause be requested.
Mrs Spencer proposed to accept the plans, this was seconded by Mr Prince.
The plans were unanimously ‘approved’ subject to the work time clause.
