PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING MEETING on Monday 14th August 2017 in the Pavilion at 8 pm
Present: Ms O’Callaghan, Mr Dalton, Mrs Handley, Mrs Mallows, Mrs Glasse, Mr Watterson, Dr Russell and, in the Chair, Mr Prince.
1. Apologies for Absence were received from Dr Sinnett-Smith and Mr Dinsdale.

Demolition of outbuildings and erection of new dwelling with separate studio/workshop building in the curtilage of 7 Church Lane, including new separate garage to serve 7 Church Lane.
7 Church Lane, Little Eversden, CB23 1HQ, Mr & Mrs Dawes
An amended historical statement had been received.
Mr Nicholson spoke on behalf of Rev Charles Fraser. The Highways Authority had commented on the application regarding the vision from the driveway of the Church. However if this was corrected then they would have no issue.
Mrs Handley recommended to approve the plans. The Council voted UNANIMOUSLY and it was RESOLVED to APPROVE the plans.
As Dr Russell had tendered his resignation due to moving abroad, Mr Prince thanked him for his contribution to the Parish Council and the Clerk agreed to advertise the vacancy.
The Chair closed the meeting at 8: 20 pm.
