MINUTES OF PLANNING MEETING HELD IN THE PAVILION ON MONDAY 10th NOVEMBER 2019 AT 8 pm
Present: Mrs Mallows; Mr Dinsdale; Mr Dalton, Mrs Handley; Mr Watterson and, in the Chair, Mr Prince. The applicant was also in attendance.

Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and erection of new replacement dwelling.
The applicant informed the meeting that the 1970s house was no longer fit for purpose. The new plans were slightly bigger than the existing footprint, although the ridge height is shorter. It is also set back considerably more from the road with a turning point incorporated.
It was proposed to support the application, with 5 councillors in agreement and one no recommendation. It was RESOLVED to SUPPORT the application with a comment for a condition to be imposed to include boundary treatment between the new property and No 44.
The Chair closed the meeting at 8:12 pm.
