PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING MEETING on Monday 5th February 2018 in the Pavilion at 8 pm
Present: Mrs Handley, Mrs Mallows, Mrs Glasse, Mr Watterson, Mr Dinsdale and, in the Chair, Mr Prince.
Apologies for Absence received from Dr Sinnet Smith; Ms O’Callaghan and Mr Parmar.
Declarations of Interest. Mr Prince declared an interest in Item 3 as the plans had been submitted by the neighbouring property.

Proposed change to the existing room of the barn

The Chair informed the meeting that the neighbours supported the proposal. Following discussion Mr Dinsdale proposed we SUPPORT the plans, this was seconded by Mrs Handley. Following an unanimous vote it was RESOLVED to SUPPORT the application.
The Chair closed the meeting at 8: 03pm.
