PLANNING MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 1st FEBRUARY 2016 IN THE PAVILION AT 8 PM
Present: Mr Dalton, Mr Dinsdale, Mrs Glasse, Mrs Handley, Mrs Hoar, Ms O’Callaghan, Mr Prince, Mrs Webster and, in the Chair, Mr Tebbit.

Single Storey Side Extension
34 Lowfields, Little Eversden, Cambridge, CB23 1HJ
The property had previously had a single storey old building removed and the plan was to rebuild on the approximate area of the previous structure. There were no objetions from the neighbouring properties.
Mr Dalton proposed that we “Approve” the plans with “No Comments. This was seconded by Mrs Handley and the Council voted unanimously to accept this proposal.

Installation of domestic sewage treatment plant and tank (set into ground with 2000mm diameter domed cover rising approximately 310mm above ground), underground pipework and associated control panel on mounting frame.

The plans were viewed by the Council and Mr Prince proposed we “Approve” the plans with “No Comments”. This was seconded by Mrs Glasse and the Council voted unanimously to accept this proposal.
Changes to Proposed Scheme of Delegation
The recent paper outlined much improved changes to the delegations for Parish Councils. Mr Prince proposed that we accept the changes and this was seconded by Mr Dalton. It was resolved that the Clerk would reply to Jane Green at SCDC that Great and Little Eversden Parish Council appreciate thre is now an improved formalised system in place which we support.
On a separate issue there is currently building work being undertaken at another property in Lowfields. However the portaloo for the development is situated within a passing place on the private road. The Chair agreed to visit the site to ascertain if there was a reason the portaloo had not been placed on site.
