Easter Cafe Creative
A very pleasant morning was had by all who came to the Easter Cafe Creative, with a special appearance of a lamb brought in by Alison and Huw!
There were a variety of stalls selling easter gifts, homemade crafts, Aloe vera products and a great selection of books.
The children went on a fairy adventure, followed by a parade of their Easter bonnets.
Gracie brought the plight of the decline of sharks to our attention with homemade cards, gifts and games.
Well done Katherine for organising it all and not forgetting to thank her loyal band of helpers who were busy serving cups of tea, coffee, cake and hot cross buns and to those who helped clear up afterwards.
A £100 was raised in total: £20 from the plant and seed swap which will go towards the Village Hall, £40 for the Churches and £40 for Tennis coaching.
The next Cafe will be Saturday 9th September.
There won’t be a Produce show this year but there will be another Scarecrow Competition. Details to follow nearer the time.
Happy Easter!
