Spot the puppy 11th March 2009 Back to Quin's Quest

Meet Leigh our Supervisor and see our first lesson.

The induction took about two and a half hours. It all started with the necessary paper work and records that we have to keep, especially with anything at all that is connected with health or problem behaviour. Quin
will have his sanctuary in the cage provided. This will go with him to designated puppy boarders when we go abroad on holiday. Leigh is very knowledgeable in the training of Guide dogs and will keep us on track. She has a great sense of humour. Some toys are provided and will be used as an aid to training in future months. We have books and notes to guide as well as going to about four puppy classes in Hemingford Grey.

Now all we need is the dog! Fingers crossed, Quin arrives on April Fool's Day. Three weeks to go!
