To the Paralympic pictures
With the Paralympic flame being lit
on this day, it is timely to take a glance back at the Olympic Experience up
to now through the lenses of local people. This selection, in alphabetical
order of contributors’ first names and therefore not in chronological order,
is from pictures by Alan Norton (an), Derek Blatch (db), Diarmuid Coyle
(dc), Edwina Mullins (em), Hazel Swindells (hs), Jean Boyd (jb), Jill

the pictures speak for themselves of either a very special day out, or of
