A planning meeting of the Parish Council was held in the Pavilion on 30^th April 2012 at 8.30pm.

            Apologies: Mr Huddleston, Mr Blatch

Present, Mrs Handley, Mr Dinsdale, Mrs Glasse, Miss Sach, Mr Tebbit, Mr White and, in the Chair, Mr Dalton.

1.         Planning Application S/0787/12/FL

            Development of the site at 9 Chapel Road, Great Eversden.

            Demolition of existing office and stables and construction of new offices and show room and 5 Holiday Accommodation Units.

            All the neighbours had been consulted and had no objections.

            Agreed to 'Approve'

2          Mr Tebbit asked that a letter should be sent to SCDC Planning Department asking them to inform the EPC about the current state of the planning application for 10 Affordable Houses on OSP148.
