A meeting of the Parish Council was held in the Pavilion on 15th October 2012 at 8.0pm.

Present: Mrs Handley, Mrs Glasse, Mr Huddleston, Mrs Pritchard, Ms O'Callaghan, Mr Dinsdale, Mrs Spencer, Mr White, Mr Tebbit and, in the Chair, Mr Dalton.
A resolution was passed to close the meeting to the public.
1. The meeting agreed the procedure for interviewing the three applicants
2 The applicants were invited at 20 minute intervals, at 8.10, 8.30 and 8.50 and in alphabetical order. A discussion and decision followed after all the interviews.
3 It was unanimously agreed to offer the post to Mrs Karen Easey, subject to contract, including a probationary period of six months, and a satisfactory reference.
Mrs Karen Easey has accepted the post on these terms and is willing to start from 23 October 2012
