A special meeting of the Parish Council was held in the Village Hall, Great Eversden on Monday 5^th April 2004 at 7.30pm.

Present: Miss Sach, Mrs Handley, Ms Hayes, Mr Bane, Mr Ellis, Mr Blatch, Mr White and, in the Chair, Mr Dalton.  Cl. Bryant was also present.

Mr Tebbit declared an interest and did not attend

The meeting was called to discuss the following planning Applications from P and M Tebbit

S/0539/09/F    Holbein Farm , Great Eversden   Conversion of agricultural buildings to 5 dwellings

Approved provided that they were not to be used as permanent residences.

S/0651/09/F    Fox Farm, Great Eversden     Conversion of agricultural building to two dwellings for holiday letting, adapted for the use of the disabled and carer.
