Save Our Butterflies

From Jill Index

Jill writes: "The unusual arrival of countless thousands of Painted Lady butterflies blown over by a warm easterly Sahara wind recently made national news. By then the specimens that I had seen  in the garden - the first sightings since childhood - had just vanished until today July 25th 2009"

Jill sent in these four photographs and wonders if anyone else might take advantage of this bumper butterfly year and send in more contributions. How about it? It also just happens to be Save our Butterflies Week (CLICK).
