It was raining first thing. By midday (when these pictures were taken) the sun was breaking through black clouds. By 3.00 there was not a cloud to be seen. If you don't walk as much as you used to, these views will remind you. Just the weather and the seasons change - apart from the new wood which is taking shape and which has attracted the short-eared owls.
