How did you spend 30th September? I had a scout round the villages and found some activity and some tranquillity. If you want to know why Bob was up a tree, or why those things Clive makes  go all over the world, or any other details, you will have to ask the subjects themselves. I am sure I only scratched the surface of Eversden industry.

What a fabulous few days with which to end September! Temperature in Cambridge 29.2 degrees C - a record. And then on the 1st October, England live on in a wet and windy New Zealand - just. (DF)
