A planning meeting of the Parish Council was held in the Village Hall on 19th December 2011 at 8.30pm.

Present, Mrs Handley, Miss Sach, Mr Huddleston, Mrs Glasse, Mr Dinsdale, Mr Tebbit, Mr White, and, in the Chair, Mr Dalton.
1. The following planning application was considered
S/2388/11 Application for extension at 15 Wheeler’s Way.
After examination of the plans and description of what had been heard when the plans were taken round it was resolved that the plans be recommended for approval but with a request that a condition should be attached preserving the tree just outside the site fence on the western side from damage of any kind either during construction or subsequently.
2. Proposed changes in the Street Lighting PFI scheme
A modification to the street lighting PFI proposal as described in a letter from the County Council was then discussed. Although this might result in a lighting column being replaced the new column was pictured and the revised proposal was accepted.
