A planning meeting of the Parish Council was held in the Village Hall on Monday 26^th January 2009 at 8.30pm.

Present Mrs Handley, Mr Blatch, Mr Tebbit, Mr Huddleston, Mrs Pritchard, Mrs Connolly, Mr White and, in the Chair, Mr Dalton

This was a meeting for the consideration of Planning matters only.

1              The Hoops, Great Eversden.  Retrospective permission for an addition to previous licence to include 'supplying take-away food'

            It was unanimously agreed that the Council approved the application.

            It as also unanimously agreed that a request be made that cars calling to collect 'Take-aways' should park in the car-park rather than in the road.

2          6 Finch's Field.  Extension and garage.  Approved unanimously.
