PLANNING MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON
MONDAY 17th FEBRUARY 2014 IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT 8:30 PM

Merry’s Farm, Wimpole Road, Great Eversden.
Convert redundant agricultural buildings know as the Old Black Barn, The Pantiles, The Piggeries and The Stables to form one work live unit and one residential unit. Variation of design and layout of Planning Permission S/1463/12/FL and Listed Building Consent S/1631/12/LB.
The applicants, Mr & Mrs Rolph attended the meeting and explained the one external change and other internal changes to the Parish Council.
Mr Dalton proposed to accept the plans, this was seconded by Mr Dinsdale.
The plans were unanimously ‘approved’ subject to the same conditions applied in the grant of the previous application S/1463/12/FL.
