Alan Huddleston has set up the Eversdens Oil-Buying Group. Through the medium of Eversdens Online, about 30 people have already expressed an interest and some have already ordered oil.
The local company involved is Agricole . Mr Jeremy Cole runs Agricole. He has a good track record of supplying oil at the best price, firstly just to farmers but now to several local village oil-buying groups.
We get a good deal - Agricole gets commission from the suppliers - Agricole gives the villages a handout of £5 for every member who buys over 1000 litres in a year. Winners all round!
