Concert in memory of Phillip Clemmow  20th May 2011                 Click for Eversden Events Index Anthony Goldstone and Caroline Clemmow (Phillip Clemmow's niece) swapped the concert halls of the world's major cities for The Eversdens village Hall. The piano arrived in the morning and I took a few pictures of Anthony and Caroline trying it out in the afternoon. The village hall filled to capacity in the evening for an unforgettable concert of piano music. It ended with rapturous applause and a standing ovation. The proceeds will help towards the refurbishment of St Mary's church as a fitting tribute. (DF)
